What do I need to bring?

Bring your valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and your complete, ready-to-sign document. All signers must bring their own ID.

Can you notarize real estate documents?

Can you explain legal documents?

A notary is generally required to refuse notarization of documents with blank spaces that could be filled in after signing. Please ensure your document is complete and finalized before your appointment to avoid a failed visit.

Yes. For in-person mobile notary appointments, all signers must be physically present at the time and location of notarization. Each signer must also present their own valid government-issued photo ID.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

What forms of ID are accepted?

Accepted forms of ID include a valid, unexpired driver's license, state-issued ID card, U.S. passport, military ID, or other government-issued photo identification. The ID must be current — expired IDs cannot be accepted.
